I like how friendly and understanding the staff was. Their bathroom was amazing, the water pressure was fantastic. The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was soundproof, so you wouldn't hear funny noises from other guests, which was a big win. The maintenance team quickly fixed our access cards as they had lost their connectivity.

Your Receptionist, an Indian lady can't remember her name, she is the best thing that ever happened to the hotel. From the time we walked in, her smile, warmth, taking us through the check in, explaining everything. The bond she developed with my wife literally made us feel like we were the only clients in the hotel. We lack better words to express ourselves with regards to the kind of treatment we received. Thanks to all the staff from the cleaners right up to the Executive. We are most certainly going to come back and have already recommended the hotel to a number family, friends and colleagues. Thanks once again 🙏

The location was central to all the places we went to, the food was nice. Professionalism from from the employees was out of this world, from the securities, porters, receptionists, waiters, waitresses and the chefs, I would like to nominate Senzo the porter for helping us on carrying the bags on arrival, Wandi, Siyathaba, Mthoko and Sello for serving us with a smile, there were always nearby to assist, big up to all of you guys, you are such an amazing team. How can I forget the cleaners, they made sure our room is kept clean at all times and beyond our expectations. I'd definitely recommend Coastlands Musgrave Hotel with family and friends

The entire experience was superb. It would take a while to write down all the things I enjoyed but I shall list a few that really stood out: 1. The warm reception on arrival by the staff at the reception area. 2. The room was very beautiful, spacious, and clean. 3.The breakfast and dinner options were great, and food tasted really good. 4. Parking was easily accessible 5. The Spa treatment was very refreshing and enhanced my experience at Coastlands Musgrave Hotel.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable. We had dietary requirements and the chef was exceptional. She made us delicious meals. The room is comfortable and serviced daily. The manager is always around to assist and help with any issues. The waitresses treat you like family. A special thank you to Chef Prishell, the manager Mr Moodley, Himesh at reception and Goodness, our favorite waitress. The hotel is in the perfect location, close to everything.
